TERMS: On occasion, we may photograph our designs and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without any compensation to you. In the event of fire, natural disaster, or emergencies, liability is limited to full refund of all monies paid. *
PAYMENT TERMS: Payments must be made by direct deposit. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the final price is required to confirm your wedding date. 30 days prior to the wedding date the remaining balance will be due. Additional purchases made after the final consultation will be accepted up to two weeks before the wedding date. Payment will be due upon ordering and there will be a non- refundable $25 fee. (We reserve the right to waive this fee at our discretion.) No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available for orders made after the final consultation, but rest assured that color and style will match as closely as possible. *
CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS: Cancellations made within 60 days prior to the wedding will not receive a refund. This also includes individual items ordered after the contract has been signed. We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event that the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding. Any substitutes will match as closely as possible in color and style as the original flowers agreed upon. *
DESIGN TERMS: Ordering of flowers will not begin until a signed copy of this contract is returned, along with the Deposit. The designer will be in contact via phone and email during the entire design process, to ensure 100% satisfaction. Any changes to be made should be addressed during these communications. *
